HUDDLESTON PERFORMANCE NAMED TITLE
SPONSOR OF PDRA JR. DRAGSTER CLASSES
The Professional Drag Racers
Association (PDRA) is honored to
welcome Huddleston Performance as the
title sponsor of the series’ two Jr.
Dragster classes for the 2014 season.
Huddleston Performance has been
serving the Jr. Dragster community
since 2000, providing everything from
complete turn-key cars, engine
packages, clutches, and all parts in
between. Located in Shelbyville, TN.,
Huddleston Performance has built a
strong reputation for providing
outstanding customer service and
continually contributing to the growth
of Jr. Drag Racing.
Bo Huddleston, Owner of Huddleston
Performance, expressed their
excitement about the sponsorship and
the newly formed PDRA in a press
release on the company’s website.
“Huddleston Performance is proud to be
the title sponsor of this new
organization. We look forward to
seeing the growth and prosperity of
the PDRA over the years”, said
Huddleston.
Bob Harris, PDRA Race Director, also
commented on the new partnership
saying, “We are looking forward to
being partners with such a credible
performance shop that loves Jr.
Dragster and furnishes first-class
motors and parts”.

Harris continued by noting, “The Jr.
Dragsters are very important to PDRA.
These teams represent the future of
our sport. We love watching these
young competitors grow as drivers and
make steps towards competing in one of
our other professional classes”.
Jr. Dragsters are scaled-down;
rear-engine race cars piloted by
drivers 8 to 18-years old and compete
over the PDRA’s standard eighth-mile
race distance. In 2014 the PDRA will
host two unique Jr. Dragster classes’
at all eight scheduled National
Events. The first class, known as
Huddleston Performance Top Jr.
Dragster (TJD), will showcase the
talents of drivers’ ages 8 to 12 in a
bracket racing format where
qualification for a 16-car field will
be based on reaction time. The second
of the two classes, known as
Huddleston Performance Pro Jr.
Dragster (PJD), will feature drivers
13 to 18 in a 7.90 second indexed
16-car field where qualification will
be based on the ability to meet the

The inaugural 2014 PDRA Tour kicks-off
April 3rd-6th during the PDRA Spring
Open at Rockingham Dragway in
Rockingham, NC.
