January 31, 2014 PDRA HONORING TOP 10 POINTS FINISHERS FROM 2013 RACING SEASON The Professional Drag Racers Association announced today that they will gladly recognize the top ten points finishers from last years eighth-mile touring series allowing the racers to display their final points finishing number as their car number. For example, if you finished sixth in points in the Pro Nitrous category, your car number for the 2014 PDRA season can be the number six. Race director, Bob Harris said "We feel this is a way to allow the drivers and teams who worked so hard last year finishing within the top ten a chance to showoff their accomplishments from the last season. It is something to be proud of and we understand the importance of the top ten in each category being proudly displayed for all the world to see."
